Big Wheel Marketing was founded by Steven Rice, who has almost 20 years of Media and Marketing experience, covering European, Middle Eastern and North American markets. Most recently, Steven was the Chief Executive Officer of Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, guiding the Emirate through a period of unprecedented growth with guest nights growing by over 70% and achieving highest-ever recorded levels of hotel and hospitality revenue within Ras Al Khaimah, positioning the Emirate as one of the fastest growing tourism destinations in the World today. In addition, Steven was part of the Senior Leadership Team of Orbitz (ebookers) in Europe which steered the company through a $60 million turnaround, growing the company from a $1 billion turnover with significant losses to a $ 3 billion turnover with profit in excess of $30 million.
